
Tonna Faxon, Managing Partner
Recognizing her clients’ needs for specialized regional support, Tonna Faxon is the Managing Partner of TKF Law in Newberg, Oregon; a Partner with Evangeline Fisher Grossman Law in Los Angeles, California; and serves Of Counsel to Comitz | Beethe PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. This progressive arrangement ensures that her clients have the quality support and representation they need in a wide variety of legal specialties, no matter where their legal pursuits may lead them.
Ms. Faxon represents individuals and businesses involved in the Oregon wine and beverage industry, as well as local small business owners with their daily business advisement needs including transactional law (including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of legal documents and agreements) and corporate advisory services (including corporate policy drafting, regulatory issues, OLCC licensure, business entity formation, contract interpretation, business strategy, risk management and litigation).
Her insurance practice encompasses representing home owners and business owners with their losses arising out of water, fire, wind, and theft. She also pursues business interruption and disability claims as well as bad faith insurance claims on behalf of policyholders. Ms. Faxon litigates other consumer protection issues, commercial matters and matters impacting the horse industry.
Ms. Faxon’s practice is grounded in more than a decade of litigating multi-million dollar class action and complex commercial cases against the nation’s largest insurers. She has, in representing insureds and consumers, obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements benefitting individuals wronged by improper and bad faith actions and practices in the insurance industry.
Her experience also includes representing individuals before sanctioning bodies of the equine industry and racing commissions. She has successfully represented numerous Olympic World Equestrian Games team members, including negotiation and drafting of contracts, business formation and counseling, risk assessment and mitigation strategy, defense of administrative disciplinary matters and representation in litigation. She is currently serving as the Insurance Chair and the Roundtable Committee Co-Chair for the American Bar Association Consumer Litigation Section.
She previously served as the Roundtable Committee Chair for the American Bar Association Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee and is a past Co-Chair of the CADS ABA Section of Litigation Expo Committee. She resides in Newberg, Oregon and enjoys spending her free time supporting her son’s sports endeavors, competing in dressage competitions with her Friesian stallion and experiencing the bounty of Oregon Wine Country.

Anna, a lifetime Oregonian, is an avid equestrian and has experience owning and showing horses in the quarter horse and dressage industries. With her extensive knowledge of the equine industry and customer care expertise, she is particularly valuable to our equine law clients and our small business clients.
